Session Fees

Outdoor Sessions Session fee $400 | Up to 6o min session at an agreed upon outdoor location within 40 miles of midtown Atlanta (as far South as Newnan and as far North as Dacula; view coverage area map below) Travel fee applicable for locations outside of coverage area | Prints, Artwork, Gifts, & Digital images sold separately during the Viewing & Ordering Session!

Studio Sessions Session fee $500 | Up to 6o min session in our South Fulton Studio | One outfit change allowed | Up to 2 Setups/Backdrops (one simple seamless backdrop, and one setup with more props and décor to showcase who you are!) | Prints, Artwork, Gifts, & Digital images sold separately during the Viewing & Ordering Session!

Artwork, Prints, and Gifts!

When you purchase a photo session and digital images or photo products with Phoenix Productions ATL, you aren’t just paying for the time and the talent of your photographer… you are investing in quality artwork to display in your home, on social media, and to share with your loved ones!

We are partnered with professional print labs to provide you with heirloom quality artwork and photo gifts. So those beautiful pictures of you and your family aren’t just sitting on your phone… they’re displayed beautifully on your walls, in an album on your coffee table, and the centerpiece of your holiday cards!

After your session, we will go through your proofs together and choose what photo products you want to invest in! We offer digital images, prints, artwork (including photo canvases and framed prints!), beautiful photo albums and books, and photo gifts – our accordion books and photo cubes are perfect to send out to the extended family!

Book Your Birthday Photoshoot Now!

The Process:

Once you choose the type of birthday shoot you are looking for (see below) you can use our booking link to book the time and date that works best for you! We advise booking at least 3 days in advance so that if there are additional props needed for your setup we can have time to search for them. If you don’t see a date or time that works for you don’t hesitate to reach out and we can try to accomodate!

After you book we will reach out and begin coordinating your vision for your session. This is the perfect time to show us any idea/example images or pinterest boards that encapsulate the vision you have! We will take your vision and put together our interpretation to the best of our abilities and then send you a picture of the setup before the date of your session.

On the day of your session we will pose and guide you and do our best to take pictures you will love! At the end of the session we will set up a Virtual Viewing and Ordering session (typically within two days after the session).

During your Viewing and Ordering session we will show you the proofs of your images and you will be able to choose the images included with the session, and make any additional image purchases (Digitals, of course, but also artwork, prints, and gifts as well!)

Once the final images are chosen and payment is collected, we begin editing your images (Our turnaround time is between 1 and 2 weeks) and then ordering the artwork/prints from our professional print lab partners! We will then deliver your online gallery and arrange to deliver any physical products as well!
